  1. hi kev when are you sending out the forms for tractor fest 2016? cause i will be bringing a load of stuff! tried to pm you but it wouldn't let me! looking forward to this years shows, new year, fresh start. pete
  2. hi kev i will be there and i will have my own working machine at long last!!! i pick it up this sat 21st it's an anzani iron horse it comes with a plough and cultivator attachments, so i will be able to join in the fun! and with any luck may well have some female company!! you can put me down for the classic car show as well, definite this time. So it will still be the same sort of stall as previous ie static awning display of memorobilia with the big camper plus the iron horse and classic camper. just got to get xmas and new year out of the way, which will be difficult i know, then look forward to new horizons! pete
  3. Hi Kev. At last i have my own working machine an Iron Horse! ( well not yet!) i have only just won it on e-bay! I am due to pick it up next weekend from Cheshire would you believe! on the face of it i seem to have got a good one as it has been owner refurbished and comes with a Plough and Cultivator attachments. It wasn't cheap, they seldom are but it was quite a bit less than i thought i would have to pay. As soon as i get it i will let you know the engine no etc.so at last when i rock up to one of the shows next year i can play too! I am going to sell the colwood b , the colby jnr and the shay roto gardener as i have not got the room in my garage to keep them so if you know anyone who may be interested you can forward my details on to them i would rather they go to someone within the fraternity so I will not put them on e-bay until the spring in case you need my no it;s 07856540424 they are complete but not working. Obviously, I cant give them away but likewise all offers will be considered. thanks, Pete

  5. hi kev just to say a big thank you on behalf of chrissy and myself we had a great time! so relaxing in fact we will be back next year on our hols with the big old girl as well as the next tractor fest and anything else that's on in your neck of the woods oh and this time i will try to get some thing working!! pete
  6. i have a steel which i know belonged to my great grandfather which takes it back to at least 1898 which he apperently used to sharpen all his chisels etc and my father used to sharpen all of the carving knives in mums kitchen! i had it with me at the tractor fest and also a two handed logging saw which i think came from the same source though i can only def take it back to my grandfather pete
