  1. When I went out to the shed this morning I found out what the two clips do, they hold the grown-wheel and planet gears in, as I had a drain bucket full of parts next move was to remove the tranny (didn't have room to tip the tractor upside down) and after a lot of head scratching I got all the parts back in and refitted the sump. on moving the axle back under the tractor the nearside driveshaft slid out so stripped it down again and one of the locking clips wasn't rite in. now its back in the tractor, just have to fill it with oil and see if it works

  7. Just an update on the Hypo Horse, I took a chance and dropped the sump pan thingy without taking the axle out today, drained the oil and undone the bolts, very gently lowered it down then my worst fears, a clatter and some bits fell out then I went in doors
  8. I can do Tuesday all day with the big van, Ian

  13. I was just going to say that, but Paul beat me to it. The Anglia is a street car fitted with a 454 ci Big Block Chevy and 400 tranny, the owner said it makes 8 second passes at the Pod I think the Major was fitted with a 6 cylinder Cargo engine, but only a guess, sounded nice tho
  14. Just had an enjoyable 3 days at this show, had a bit of rain on Saturday but Sunday was sunny and warm and packed with people. Heres a few photos of stuff I liked from cars with big engines to tractors with big engines
  15. Thursday already, have to get loaded up ready for the off tomorrow
  16. Fantastic James, looks mean on the front, why don't you make it a skid steer, then you wont need a front axle
  17. Looking good Mark, its going to be tough at Newby next year, gonna have to come up with a plan
  18. Looks a nice little tractor Charlie, it will look great when you've done your bit to it

  21. It was very nice, powered by a diesel Lombardi twin, 4 stroke
  22. The green tractor is Pauls Crawley, lost its diesel overnight, so he filled it up and bleed it, it made it to the arena display and konked out in the gateway, nice young lady towed him back
  23. The International truck (tanker) was in one of the James Bond films
