Lister D Engine Trolley

Recommended Posts

Yesterday along with my plough and dump cart I also picked this up, I've been after something like this for a while, I know the proper job should be like them ones you see with two fancy great lengths of wood and cast iron spoked wheels all varnished and painted pretty! well, this is far from that, but its perfect for the job and I'm pleased with it, the blocks of wood its on at the minute are only supported with tool box caster wheels ( wasn't us that did that) and as you can guess they broke! so where it sits now is where its been for a while, at least now i can get it out more! with a bonus, it can be pulled by hand or one of my machines :D :D

I've already given it a quick coat of paint I got some new wood to bolt on the top of the trolley and varnish it all up then sit the engine ontop...

all to follow over the next few weeks hopefully!
