OOhhh I don't think they'd use it for that Paul, mind you, there's a Commer 2 Stroke ex Fire Engine beavertail that can do that job there!!

Those sort of machines are more than welcome here , I would love to own a vintage lorry like that .

I sold my Bedford TK only last year , kinda wishing i hadnt now

these guys are fanatical, believe me, Commers were the family main marque, but Fords are loved too!!

There used to be, may be still is, a delivery firm in Preston that ran Commer 2 stroke 3 cylinder diesels. Very distinctive sound. White van man has nothing on the lads that drove them.
