<p>
	Hi Guys,
</p>

<p>
	I am looking for a supplier for imperial mild steel clevis forks. I have not yet measured what I need but I would guess it needs to take a 5/8-11 or a 5/8-18 rod. A UK supplier would be great but a US one that ships would work too. All suggestions welcomed.

</p>

<p>
	Just in case my description of the part is incorrect, this is what I am looking for

<p>
	For many years, I've wanted to be able to roll sheet metal (in small sizes).
</p>

<p>
	From shaping the nickel silver cleading on my traction engine to making fuel tanks and small exhaust mufflers.
</p>

<p>
	So after saving up the Workshop pocket money, I've finally got a set of Mini Bending Rolls-

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Quite heavy duty rollers for a 300mm wide unit and steel geared. Plenty big enough for all the jobs I have for it, and at 14kgs, just unbolts from the bench to be stored
</p>

<p>
	out of the way. ....I'll get around to making some Swaging Rolls one day

	Has anyone ever had any experience with these, they are relatively new and use a magnetic field to create the heat. They look good as no flames are produced making it safer, also heating a bolt red hot it seconds

<p>
	They are pricey but look worth it if anyone has had any experience with these I would like to know your thoughts.

<p>For a number of years my elder son has used a power file for all sorts of clean up jobs and swears by how useful it is, this year he bought me one for my birthday and now I wish I had had one years ago it really is the most useful tool particularly when cleaning up and restoring parts. Once you get used to it you can refresh even the smallest delicate parts, clean crud out of awkward corners, tidy up welds, or get brutal and use it for removing large amounts of material.</p>
<p>Also ideal for sharpening SWMO's secateurs and garden shears for brownie points. If you have not got one I would definitely write Santa a note!</p>

<p>This is a product review.  I recently was looking for a trickle charger that had a maintain function and found this.  Note that I am not endorsing this manufacturer.  This is made by Schmacher Eletcronics., it is a 1.6 Amp trickle charger with a maintain function.  We all have small batteries for our garden tractors, motorcycles, trolling motors, depth finders, etc. and they (for the most part) last about 4 years.  A charged battery lasts longer and I have been able to get 5/6 years out of some of my garden tractor batteries...so far.  With this product, it charges the battery until it is charged and then goes into a maintain function that keeps the battery topped up...no over charge. The price was about $18 at Farm &amp; Fleet.  It comes with a plug at one end that will either plug into a set of aligator clips, or plug into a plug that you can attach to the terminals of your battery. It has 3 led lights on the base...1) red for power...2) yellow for charging...3) green when it is fully charged and on maintain.  I've had a couple of cheaper devices that only maintain the charge that is there, and I have had a one of the three that I have stop working...I am hoping that a few more bucks pays off.  I will let you know. <img src="https://myoldmachine.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" alt=":)" data-src="https://myoldmachine.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png"></p>
