I'm assuming your in the USA from your photo's. You would maybe get a better idea of the value, if you asked on Red Square our sister site. That's mainly USA oriented.

The Wheel Horse Anniversary Editions came out in 1995 I believe, and if not mistaken the model number was 73362, however the 1996 model is also designated as model 73362, but the serial number on the 95, models begin with 5 and the 1996 models begin with 6. I have an old Wheel Horse that my husband said was an anniversary edition. It has wheel weights, snow plow, extra set of wheels with chains and original hubcaps.
