It looks pretty dirty don't think it's worth 350 maybe if in running condition?

I am looking for a condensor carb rebuild kit or a complete carborator for a Tiny Tiger generator model 62 I think or 67 I can't read the second number, all help is appreciated. I was told either Wallfish or Webhead may be able to help, I am not sure if this is how to reach them?
