  1. Hello everyone, I’m looking into investing in a lazer paint remover for use in my workshop, mainly for stripping paint, rust, and coatings from steel and aluminum components. While I’ve seen several models on the market, the specifications and wattage options vary quite a bit, and it’s hard to determine which setup is best suited for medium-sized jobs without being excessive. For those with hands-on experience, what key factors should I be looking at — power output, portability, maintenance, or safety features? Also, are there any specific brands or models you’ve found to be reliable in regular use? Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
  2. Hello everyone, I’m looking into purchasing a handheld laser welder for use in my small metal fabrication workshop. Most of my projects involve stainless steel and mild steel parts, with occasional work on aluminum. I’m particularly interested in understanding the key factors to consider, such as: Recommended wattage for medium-thickness materials Cooling system types (air vs. water) and their maintenance needs Brand reliability and after-sales support Real-world efficiency compared to traditional MIG/TIG welding If you have hands-on experience, I’d appreciate your insights on performance, operating costs, and any potential pitfalls to avoid when selecting a model. Thanks in advance for your guidance!
  3. Looks like a great project for a restoration! The Lawn-Boy 10650 is a solid mower—hard to come by in the UK, too. I'd be interested—does the engine turn over, and is the deck in decent shape under the dust? Appreciate that it's complete with both bags and the manual.
