  1. Well, the flywheel nut came off, and the flywheel fell on the ground and broke some fins off, and also wrecked the taper where it goes on the crankshaft. I'd try to repair it, but the slot for the key is wrecked really badly.

  2. I just double checked everything and cleaned the filter. The filter was clogged up and I apparently forgot to tighten down that screw, but still nothing. Maybe the diaphragm went bad while I wasn't running it? And where can I find a new one?

  3. Just got my Tiger back together today, and I know it'll run, I got a few pop out of it, but it's not pumping fuel to the carb. Would this mean I need a new diaphragm? The tank looks clean so I don't think it has a clog in the pickup

  4. Just got my parts machine in the mail and combined the best parts of both to make one good one, but I broke the spark plug. Does anyone know what kind it takes? All I can see is that it's a Champion and the number starts with UY. Other than that, it's got great spark, a new flywheel key, a handle and a gas tank that doesn't leak!

  5. Awesome, that helps a lot. My generator had the aluminum key in it, and as for the handle, I actually just picked up a trashed generator that has the handle and a few other pieces in better shape than mine that I'll probably use for parts. Not sure if it has the right key though

  6. I was running my Tiny Tiger the other day when it started missing and then cut out. Turns out the flywheel key is sheared off. Anyone know where I can get a new one and maybe a handle since mine is missing? And while I have it apart, does anyone know how to get the generator part off the engine? I'd like to clean it up while I have it apart.

  7. I finally decided I need to clear out some space in my basement, and my Tiny Tiger has to go, I just have too many projects at the moment. It runs excellent (usually starts first pull) and is in very good shape, but it's pretty dirty and I haven't had time to clean it up. Charges really well. There are only two things wrong with it: the handle is missing, and the gas tank was leaking at some point and someone patched it with JB Weld, and now it has another pinhole. It's definitely been well taken care of over it's lifetime though, everything is intact. I'd like to get about $175 for it. Sorry for the bad pictures, I can take more this weekend

  8. Finally got home to play around with the generator. I put some gas in the tank and it fired right up after the carb picked up the gas. I think I mixed the gas too rich, it's smoking a lot... And there is a big exhaust leak where the muffler attaches. Never had one of these before, but it certainly won't be my last! Still need a handle though, or I might just make one with some scrap I have lying around.

  9. Thanks, I wanted one of these because I'm driving across the country, so I can use it if the battery dies or something. And it's so small that I can leave it in my car and it won't take up much space in my trunk

  10. So I just picked up a Tiny Tiger generator for a pretty good price. It supposedly runs good, but I haven't tested it yet. Is there any place I can get parts for it? I know it's missing the handle, so I need one of those, but I'm not sure if it's gonna need anything else.
