Cub Cadet 613 #2 Posted October 6, 2018 Do you need the round lamp type bulbs? I managed to source some a few years ago for my Cub Cadet but they are very hard to find. On our C-125 we chose to use round LED lamps and made a bracket which bolted to the hood. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2Pcs-27W-LED-Work-Flood-Light-Round-Lamp-SUV-Car-Truck-Boat-ATV-4WD-ATV-12V-24V/223111377850?_trkparms=aid%3D555017%26algo%3DPL.CASSINI%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20151005190540%26meid%3D927aecebc5b847ddbf4124da6511dd96%26pid%3D100505%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26%26itm%3D223111377850&_trksid=p2045573.c100505.m3226 1 Westie1 reacted to this
Westie1 29 #3 Posted October 6, 2018 I just have the square holes in the hood and think I will use led like you have. You can get sealed 3x3 and 4x4 cree work lamps that will do the job, I would give them a light tint to make then less terminator lol https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F122960762625 1 Cub Cadet reacted to this

Westie1 29 #6 Posted October 7, 2018 Cub cadet I didn't realise they were sealed round units in assuming there are holding clips/lugs on the back of the bonnet. That changes things a bit 1 Cub Cadet reacted to this

I think I only have one of the brackets though unfortunately Yes the original square hoods had a plastic bracket in the inside of the hood, then par36 lamps fastened into this. We removed the plastic and used the one bolt (note the plastic is fastened to the bonnet with a single central bolt) to secure a metal bracket that we had made to hold the LED lamps, square or round, makes little difference. 1 Westie1 reacted to this
