expeatfarmer 591 #1 Posted February 8, 2020 Just had a phone call from "BT" saying that as I was a good customer they were going to reduce my line rental costs for three months. It was a woman with an eastern accent , I said that was very kind of them, she quoted my post code and address and then said she needed to know the name of the bank from which my direct debit was paid I started to laugh and said " is that so you can steal my money " she told me to Eff off and put the phone down. 1 Stormin reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
