  1. I wont be going this year, I've got Netley marsh steam and crafts show in two weeks...
  2. Hello, is anyone interested in the cutting deck off my raider 10? Not sure if it will fit any other models? Does have a large hole in the front but didn't affect grass cutting, could either be repaired or used for parts, If not, I guess I'll stick it on that auction site
  3. Looking great! Once it's finished don't paint it! Have a rat rod, Instead of the normal... Taking rust away, make rust, have a nice looking rat rod. Get the exhaust pipe chromed, make the rear rims wider have wide semi slick tyres on the rear, one of them fancy looking chain steering wheels, there's so much you could do to.. 'Tart' it up, or then again you could paint it, stick a few racing decals on there with a racing number, either way this will look great!!! Top work,
  4. Love that field marshall, Great pictures looks a lovely little show
  5. Yes I thought it was, it looked an interesting machine good starter and runner too. Well done great machine
  6. This looks identical to the one that was for sale over Laughton Cuckoo Fayre? A man from Kent area I think, who sells cherries every year? Could be completely different machine, but it looks the same, Either way! great machine
  7. Is the wheel horse round up going to be held here again next year? Or doesn't anybody know yet? If it is here, or up north way again, could we be informed as soon as you find out, I know it won't be just yet but later on in the year, so I can start sorting things and hopefully make it to the 2015' round up -Charlie

  12. I thought a few of you would enjoy this story! I say well done him he's 89 years of age, his current care home said sadly he couldn't go to Normandy Rememberance so he snuck out and took him self over there anyway, read more here... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-27735086 Quite local for a few of us, the man was from Hove,
  13. I see lots of photos like this come in from America and places like that, every single tractor in the photo I would love to have, there's even a few wheel horses, I mean to us there worth keeping, restoring, looking after, it just seems like they aren't even worth scrapping over there!!! SEND THEM OVE HERE!
  14. I had this chainsaw a few years back now, a friend on my facebook, clearly didn't know what they had, and just wanted shot of it, I only have them sweetie money for it, I had it for a year then someone from Poland brought it for a display of forestry equipment or something, they had to pay £90 odd to ship it over there, This machine was from the 1960's and really was a beast, it wasn't impossible but it wasn't ideal to lift it up by yourself, and when it was running there's no way one man could use it to cut wood, it must have been a two man thing, come to think of it, I wish I never got rid of it now, but a few years back I didn't really have the interest I guess, I was only just starting out, Has anyone ever had? Or got one of these? If so I'd like to see some pictures
  15. not long at all for you guys now, hope you all have a good time!! hope the weather turns for the best, Sadly too far for me to make it this year, but i hope to see lots and lots of pictures, and maybe ill manage to get to the 2015 round up! maybe the little lawnranger will be ready by then too. have fun!

  17. don't suppose you have a working coil for a Villiers midget 2 stroke engine? 98cc i think it is?
  18. Indeed, I was there, it was a good show, the weather was okay Sunday, but Monday was wet and horrible, I'll have a few more pics to upload when I can sort my cameras out,
  19. Hello Guys! We've been busy over this way for around three weeks now, building a 11ft x 5ft trailer to transport my machines too and from the shows it's big enough for two tractors and attachments like snowploughs and all my petrol, oil, tools, generators etc, or it's big enough for one tractor and my 4 wheeled cart. It's now finally finished, we tried building the mudguards as well, but they didn't go to plan, and for the sake of £20 we've brought two new plastic mud guards with fitted reflectors, it has a 4ft tailboard that acts just lovely as a ramp to load, takes the weight well, can just drive the tractors straight into the trailer, (makeing sure it's hitched to something otherwise you're asking for disaster to strike. It's very strong, plenty of iron went into the making of this, and plenty of head scratching as well. We've gone for that plant trailer look, it's nothing too special, wouldn't match up to a Brian James, or an iforwilliams but it does the job, was reasonably cheaper and it's not so appetizing and eye drawn by the tea leafs, I'm sure someone would rather steal an ifor Williams before they would this trailer still going all in with the wheel clamps etc though. Never be too careful, It was built from a caravan chassis, I've put it onto RedSquare as well, as I know there's some guys here that aren't yet on RedSquare, Can I just add that it's a very close one, tight fit to say the least, allows for about 3mm gap good measurements dad lol.
  20. I see these pop up quite often, are they actully any good? How well do they work? Nice looking lawn, beats a push mower and a rake
  21. Quite a few of us in Sussex now,
  22. Make that 5 as I have a bottle
  23. Hello guys! I thought I'd offer this up for sale, Lawnranger cutting deck, surface rust towards the back, paints still good towards the front half where it's been covered in oil and dirt. Slight hole at the front of the deck. I know there's not many people over here with lawn rangers but I still thought I'd put it up, just incase one of you is looking for one, otherwise it will just sit up in the shed as I rarely mow with the tractors.
  24. Hello do any of you UK guys have any parts for wheel horse lawn rangers?
  25. Hmmm, keeping an eye on this one.. Maybe I'll grow my collection...
