ah your a star!!! could you poss recheck the hole diameter though for me,, the engine shaft is 1 1/2", the handle bore that you have put up looks to be smaller, any chance of confirming it for me!!

Brilliant m8,, thanks, I know its a 1.5" diameter shaft,, I believe that there are handles out there that you can change the pin on to accommodate direction of rotation!!!!!!
Let me know if you find one m8, and any reimbursement that may be due!!

It was running few years back, unfortunately they've also lost the starting handle!! anyone got a spare??? but hopefully after I get Lawn Ranger done I will get started on this,, (unless a tempting offer comes along) lol

Here is what I collected this morning!!! I have owned it for many many years but it has been on loan to a local museum to which I found out it had been left outside for a long time, so I went and took it back!!!!

Its not a problem Ian,, at your leisure, Im away tonight for a week up to Isle of Skye then Oban with the family n the caravan,, should be back around Friday,,, as Ive said - there's no rush m8

Yip Neil, going to get the Wheel horse bits (need to choose my words carefully from now on, some guys on here are very quick of the mark,,, lol) boxed and sent down to Ian over next week or two!! Thanks for your help and advice so far Neil

Sterling job you've done there on the Raider hood Ian, I wish I had your skills!!! Going by the quality of workmanship m8 would you be able to have a go at my parts!!!!!

Guys, what do you think,, apart from the rusty bits, the metal is quite strong, the seat back and the hood appears to be the worst,

If I post a few pictures Ian, would you be able to let me know wot you think,,, the hood need work also at the bottom, someones had a go at a make shift job at it,,, )
