Stormin 4,458 #1 Posted September 1, 2018 This little thing belonged to my father. Not sure what it is for, but I think it is some kind of rev counter. Only about three inches long. There is a rubber on the end, the point of which I think goes in the centre of shaft/spindle or whatever.
