I have never been in a sidecar , but managed to get a ride in an Orange Bond Bug back in the seventies , i can only guess it would be a similar experience as the side car. Stormin 4,458 #4 Posted February 25, 2014 If memory serves, the Canterbury double adult sidecar was usually hitched to a 600cc Panther single 4 stroke sloper. A company called Pride and Clarke somewhere around London sold them in the 50's. The advent of the Mini killed off sidecar sales. Great fun to drive an outfit once you got used to one.
