rotoscytheben 94 #1 Posted July 25, 2014 a couple of weeks ago a customer of ours brought this old webb cylinder mower in to us saying it hadnt run for years and could we get it going so i set about breathing life back into it after getting sparks back the carb was stripped and sonic cleaned several times but sadly this didnt do the job on the old carb which you can no longer get bits for i managed to get it to run but it was very temperamental and wouldn't idle at all well after discussing the options with the customer it was decided to fit a new engine to the old machine given its pedigree and it was in fine condition other than the motor it was well worth the effort and expense here are a couple of photos of the finished article Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
