Whilst trawling through some of my dads old literature from the years he had his own horticulture engineering business I found these and thaught you all might like to see them.
Here we see a pic of me and paul giving the honourable mr showman a programme at Ardingly last year. So he didn't feel to left out after not getting a name badge.
For those who d ont know last year was mine , paul and mr showman s last year of organising at the vintage show and wow what a superb range of machinery came from all over the country and im sure we can find many more pics to show you all .But this year as you have all guessed we have been asked to put on a display at the smallholders the week before the vintage show. After being invited by them last year.So if you can support it would be superb as many hours work goes on behind the scenes and both paul and myself spend most evenings on the phone about such events. So if you haven't got an entry form yet or want to know more give us a shout.
Come on folks its the first greet of the year at a pleasent old southern railway station on what was on the old brighton line , theres a probably about a miles ride on the train a small station shop , plus have a go at pulling a lever in the old signal box.
The food is very good in the restaurant. Usually a very pleasant day in our own county of sussex.
A few of my restored Howard's.
