    I'm not good at the paperwork side what size is the bearing and does your rod have the slot in it that would make it simpler for me to find what bearing you need

    I need to pin this down I don't think we/I have all the books The book I'm looking at is 1961 show 20-5 does not show a replacement shows 9 1962 show a-27-11 and use a-20-5-13-7 show retainer w/rollers the next book is 1965 a-20-5-16-7 show roller asm found this with the bearing a-27-5-13-7

    That's funny I just took one apart and it had 16 bearing I was going to send him a few tomorrow now I'm wondering if the one a have is the correct for him??

    We have herd that before. Got the decal today I will throw a few in with the decals and you will have them in a few days

    Correct me if I'm wrong but somewhere I read you should take this engines apart over a big pan so you don't loose the parts.

    I got a local man to do them he's having a little trouble with the letters bleeding together. He's changing the lettering size just a little . p.s still waiting on the other decals I will email him if I don't see them be Fridays mail run. waiting on those for the recoil for this project to sent you the last black one I had.

    Will I finally got time to get the cove that Clint sent me done. Thanks again Clint. after a little work I think she will look pretty good a little fiber glass a little bondo and a lot of sanding. still waiting on the decals but should be here soon.

    I don't think it will be worth a million but one thing for sure if you don't put it back together there will be one less. and there's a bunch of engine that you could put in a boat.

    I would just replace it. If Clint is sending you a diaphragm for the carb I know he would have a spear he could send you.

    That one will need some cleaning but like john said with a little time and elbow grease it will look good then you are done. If you need help you found the place to get it.

    Ha that one looks like it was a little worse then mine. But Ive seen your work it will be just fine in a day or two. Your side case look to be in better shape the the fuel tank to they must have used cheep paint on them.

    That must be an early one I think my c/saw had that washer/spacer

    This may be why we see some unit with and the same unit without a keyway. Some of this is confusing

    This project was only going to take a week or two got on other projects and the shop got busy. That's the way it goes sometimes just got to go with it . but we are making progress now.
