Loads of stuff on the website here:
www.g1jbg.co.uk/autoculto
They were responsible for lots of machinery under the Auto Culto, Horticulto, Midgiculto Autogardener and Godiva Mowers brands, as well as holding some patents for piston rings, and manufacturing steam engines (maiinly, as far as I can tell, for small river boats).

the website of the auto culto register:

has been updated with some extra information, and some new brochures and articles

Very unusual "universal" (AC or DC mains) motor. Very low profile, looks like it eas specially made. I do have a spare "iron" type plug, if you break that one at any time. If the brushes are worn, you'll have to find some of a similar size and file them to fit, unless you are REALLY lucky!
-
Very useful - mine often goes to rallies, as it's ideal for taking the 25l water carrier over to the tap.......
-
Be interested to see what the motor looks like - couldn't decide if it has a normaly-ish motor and a right angle drive, or a thin vertical motor.
-
Glad you had a good day! Weather was even hotter on Sunday, but the Trusty didn't get a second outing as we were short of a driver (everyone I asked looked at it and said "no b****y way" - there seems to be a shortage of volunteers for that one!).
The Auto Culto didn't need towing out of the ring on Sunday, but it will need the timing adjusting.
Our next local rally is the Dene Rally, at Four MArks, near Alresford in June.

The clearout continues!
Mountfield M1, had an engine replacement at some time, but chassis looks complete, with 2 sets of tynes. Gearbox may be seized (wouldn't turn, but it may be the engine belt stopping it). Good for parts, or may be a rebuild. Looking for £5 (weigh in value), collect from Southampton area.

use mine regularly - very handy for fast weeding of the allotment in the spring, and has the benefit of being hot enough to kill seeds that are lying on the surface

This version is designed for things like horse-drawn Albion finger mowers - it is meant to clamp onto the cast wheel of the machine, which provides a handy workbench.
I have a free standing one which is more suitable for small horticultural finger mowers.

Several machines here, not all in working order (or even assembled in some cases, but they came at thee right price....). Lathes-wise, the one that gets used most often is a 3.5" Grayson from the 30's, there is a slow rebuild project of a SouthBend heavy 10, as well as a round bed Drummond, and a small un-named capstan tucked away on a shelf.
I also have a Denbigh H4 horizontal mill, which is about 80 years old, but very handy!
There is an assortment other machinery that get used on odd occasions (couple of pillar drills, power hacksaw, pantograph engraving machine).
