Triumph66 1,256 #1 Posted September 28, 2015 I was helping one of my customers today clearing out the Chinchilla House as it is going to be demolished and a new building erected. I came across this old cylinder mower complete with the grass box. It's a Model E1 and all seem to be working freely. Tony, my customer, very kindly said it was mine if I wanted it. If anyone got any information about these old push mowers I would be grateful. Thanks. 3 S1g, Ian and pmackellow reacted to this
Stormin 4,458 #2 Posted September 28, 2015 I used to have to mow the lawns with one of those as a young boy. 1 Triumph66 reacted to this
Triumph66 1,256 #3 Posted September 28, 2015 I am guessing it's 1950s possibly early 60s. It moves freely and is in good order.

pmackellow 2,738 #5 Posted September 28, 2015 Ah the Qualcast hand mower... One of these ( a B1 actually) started my interest in things horticultural back in 2003 when I found one in my late grandfathers old shed I think I have a bit of literature on these, send me your address in a pm and I will copy what I have and send it to you 1 Triumph66 reacted to this
