4x4forks 258 #1 Posted April 30, 2016 Got my stunt drive hard at work leveling out spoil over some virgin ground which were old ruts . Very hard clay ground but the machine coped well. Looks like it makes a huge difference, i guess the rotovator has three times as long to work the ground. did you stay in first gear? Cheers John Oh How did the locking bracket turn out? 4x4forks 258 #6 Posted May 3, 2016 Its more like a race for the keys and I lost. He is 6ft4" and his legs are longer than mine. We were using 2nd gear as it was a faster rotor speed . I made a much simpler locking frame that bolted to the rear linkage drop bracket. Quick to attach and de-attach and worked a treat. I will take photos and post . My son got the second gutbrod up and running and used it to roll the soil after seeding.
