Had the Harrows on the turf track today

With one of my jobs  ive being  doing  I was asked to some harrowing  so here we are

What's the frame on the front for, James? Mower?

Chris is right it's a plow bracket

What's the bungee doing? Holding the doors shut?

It holds the fabric in place round the cab as it all flexes
