  1. great new project mark. as you know I also like fabricating but the electric meter takes a harsh battering once the welder cranks up

  3. when I got around to cleaning out the tank and carb I found this. looks as if the last owner was running it on sarki.

  5. After 6 hours and with the cleaning out of the fuel tank and carb twice I now have it running. It does have 2 forward and a reverse fitted as standard.The rotor blades on both sides had the nuts and bolts missing but that was the easiest fix of all.It comes with a depth leg which also doubles up tu fit rear attachments to. Was a good find down at the tip and will give it a working out come spring.

  7. thanks very much paul, will be able now to get a start on trying to get it started. the tyres will be more use to me that roto blades so I will look at the info you sent for sizes etc. Paul this pto pulley would be handy for lots of other uses hope its going to be a great asset

  11. Came across this today and I am asking does anyone own one or have any info. it has 2 forward gears and a neutral and also a flat belt power take off pulley fitted. rather novel idea. any help welcome.

  15. it is definatly time we had something we could legally own like this it would certainly give the police an easier time and us some peace of mind.
  16. well why not get them powder coated.........they where free after all AND no painting for a loooooong time.
  17. theres more room in your trailer than the albert hall. infact paul and wendy it looks so clinically clean you could as a sideline do opperations
  18. that's a great free gift think of the cost to buy ,its out of this world you would think they where made of gold the prices they quote. plus you get the traditional have given you a good deal and we are the cheapest around etc etc.
  19. Steve, here is a blast from the past. could not find the photo of you gassing to a chap at ardingly 2012 when you where on the show ring. if anyone has this photo could they post it on here thanks john.
  20. do you have gypsys or travellers. they are a menace to decent people. they find it quite acceptable to think that they have the right to other peoples possesions. they want a slap nice addition to your van. you mentioned a cover is it like the one I have totally makes it private and wind and weather tight. ?
  21. I knew 5 years ago what I needed to separate front garden from the drive and its taken me this long to get a pair of gates but search over and what a result. that old saying comes to mind " everything comes to the man that waits" HOORAY !!

  25. Not quite an old machine but home made metal work all the same. Went to a job last week and widened the main entrance for a customer. The old wrought iorn gates where now to small,so I begged them for a project which I am doing on the new house I have built with friends. Project is to rehash the free gates and convert them into decrotive railings which have to fit between two brick pillars either side of the entrance gate to the front door.
