    John have you been to the mail box??? this one had a white recoil if I'm not mistaken. and yes I bought a bunch of decals. I thought i might need a few considering how many of this tings I have to rebuild.

    If you can get a torch there and heat it that might help.

    Well Clint you need to pick up the pace a little on that fan the auger is almost done just need to sandblast and paint the bit. The paint was all coming off just decided to repaint it. I can't do that today will need to wait tell next week. Did you decide what that fan was used for??

    I don't know how it will work in the long run but if been sealing the the crank seal to the bearing retainer . Ive been using liquid tape it seals the rubber to the metal. I will have to let you all know how long it lasts . Been doing this for some time .This is like some of the newer bearing retainers

    If we started now and got the dates of some show I would love to do that. Florida sounds good to me I go down 2 to 3 time a year anyway might be able to make that work for sure. now that Zagray farm museum looks very interesting

    Well I see he did a pretty good job on the recoil. just needs a little carb work or maybe a seal or two.

    I"m glad you figured out how to get things shipped to you!! That will be a good project. That is a good question about the exhaust. Clit should be done with the outboard in time for summer.

    I just used dish soap on this one most of the dirt came rite off. and your rite some of the cleaners heart the paint.

    That look like its in beautiful shape.Always wanted one of those boats I don't ever see a white heat for sale maybe one day I will buy the planes and see if I'm capable of making one. the problem is finding the drive shaft and the props and all the rest of the parts could used new servos and radio. (got the engine) Oh ya the exhaust pipe my be hard to find.

    Well been busy last few days. Slow and sure were getting there tank and gear case cleaned up pretty good . got the cylinder back on and working on packing plate and points now.

    Maybe I will (attempt) that it has a lot of bends. got the baffle on this morning and the saw on the shelf .

    Got the baffle Saturday in the mail. got it cleaned up to put on the saw and decided to try to make one . witch one is oem?

    I seen this post and thought David was back. I see now its an old post but that is a very strange unit you found!! WERE DO YOU FIND THE TIME TO FINE ALL THIS.
