Hi, I am looking for a Victa 2 stroke engine decompressor, I have a mower with the unit missing and a spark plug has been put in its place but this makes starting difficult. Has anyone got a spare they would be willing to part with please. PM me or answer the post, thank you.

Hi Paul, I also have a Landmaster L150 with a JAP 16h engine, is the Villiers 16h the same? I don't have any info on either engine but I could take a picture of any timing marks if that would help, my engine does run.

Nice theme, makes a pleasant change.

You will need to put some wheels on the chair.

I have a 64 BSA Beagle, 70cc 4 stroke, needs restoring but I had it running a few years ago. These bikes were rubbish really and probably helped in the demise of BSA.
-
The postie will have no trouble finding it

I picked these 2 old grease guns up from the local rag and bone man today,( I always check what he's got on board when I see him). One is a Tecalemit and the other even though it is virtually the same except pressed steel handle instead of cast and a few other cheaper fittings is marked INTERLUBE. I don't know the year of these be could be 60's.

You need a big tool if you've got big nuts

Yes past full throttle position. Pictures with choke off, on and numbers.

My nuts are too small for this.
-
Bought this a few years back from a car boot sale, probably never use it but it was cheap. 9 inches long with a capacity of 1.5 to 2 inch nuts.
-
Ok will do wristpin, thanks. The choke is controlled by cable, I prefer manual chokes.
-
Yes Ive heard that they can be hard to start once they get a bit of wear. Never tried to start this but I will have a go.
-
Thanks neil, looks better in the picture than it is. Had it running today for the 1st time for who knows how many years, but it breaths a bit, might do the rings before I sell it. So no never used it in anger.

BSA F12 used mainly on the Ransomes Auto-Certes lawnmower

Barford Atom I restored for last years Newark tractor show, I think this is going to have to go to make room for more stuff.
-
Sorry neil I don't know but I can make a few enquiries.
-
Another Berkely at Ashover classic car show last weekend.
-
I use" myHermes " for posting items up to 15kg, mainly because they use a drop off point system ( the local petrol station in my case) so you don't have to wait in to have it collected. Never had any trouble with them and would recommend them.

A few pictures from Cromford steam show in Derbyshire this weekend. Includes a couple of microcars just because I like them
