had a Bolens ride-a-matic a while ago with a 10 hp briggs and dynostart, might have a spare carb somewhere in the shed will have a look tomorrow

Found the handle, has a reverseable thingy so can go both ways, handle is good as well

What size crank is it and does it go clockwise or anti-clockwise, Ive got a handle in the shed, ill look for it tomorrow, don't know what it fits

Having a clean-up and found this in the back of the shed.
Its a Snow Plow frame for a Wheelhorse "C" series, still has the turning bit on the front but no handle although the lock pin is there.
all you need is a 47 kg gas bottle and a stick welder.
