pmackellow 2,738 #2 Posted June 18, 2016 Its a chemical sprayer, a bottle of chemicals would attach to the female threaded part After a couple of bottles now, the chemicals were probably outlawed long ago !!
Wallfish 698 #3 Posted June 19, 2016 I'd be interested if you can find any of those original bottles and more than the two you need.

Wallfish 698 #5 Posted June 20, 2016 Try aluminum foil to clean that chrome. Plenty of instructions about it on Youtube and it works great. 1 pmackellow reacted to this

I can't really alter the listing, as there are bids, but if the sale goes through, I could give the buyer the details of the forum, and you might be able to do a deal maybe? 1 pmackellow reacted to this

There is a bottle attached to this electric Turbair Flydowner which didn't sell, it may be worth asking the seller if they would sell it separately and if they have any more. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152116600320 David

pmackellow 2,738 #24 Posted September 11, 2016 Bought another Turbair at Haddenham Steam Rally yesterday, I assume the square backplate and cowling are not original fitments ?? 1 S1g reacted to this
Wallfish 698 #25 Posted September 11, 2016 Nice score. Too bad it must have sat out side or in a damp area for a while. Apparently a previous owner decided he didn't want all that poison spraying on himself when blowing it upwind. First one I've seen with the newer style recoil and housing. Curious about that expanded metal for a debris screen in the recoil too. Don't remember ever seeing that before either. 2 S1g and pmackellow reacted to this
