Nice to dig things out, they aren't getting a enough grass... I'm working on it though

Good weather and a dry day means mowing the lawn. We occasionally collect the clippings and dump them up the field. Here's a few pics whilst we were up there

That's rubbish news Norm!
-
yes leaving the AC wires not connected is wire - just tape the end so it cannot short to metal
-
I would say no, there should be two circuits if I recall One is DC with an inline rectifier (look for a lump in the wire) the other circuit is AC. You cannot connect this straight to the battery - it will burn out the coil.
Here is the wiring diagram...

@?!$#!? Finally finished the chain drive and tensioners after a few attempts.
however after 10 minutes of playing and getting more articulation the chain still rode up over the flange bending the tensioners and twisting the whole intermediate shaft
its so so jammed that it stopped me dead and I can't take the tension off...
-
Not sure Chris, I think they stopped it because of the logistics of getting up to 1000 exhibits driving round
-
13 wheel horses so far, 40 in the horticultural class.
-
I know quite a few of you are already entered, it's that time of year again...
Who's coming and what are you bringing?
-
the idea of AC for the lights is so when the engine stops the current draw stops. Therefore you can't flatten the battery, you can use the AC terminals or go straight to the battery - its your choice.
We always go straight to the battery...
