dubscum got a reaction from OldBuzzard in The Ferrari.
hello, Ive stumbled across this wonderful forum for like minded folk.
I recently picked this up, Its not running but looks complete other then a starter motor. And a perished rear tyre due to it been stood on it flat.
It has a diesel 10 hp lombardini engine and i think its 1970's and thats about all I know about it, My plan it to get it started. paint the wheels, maybe replace the tyres with more tractor like tyres and use it.
the first thing i found out about it was how heavy it is, I collected it on my own from someones back garden, had to get it down a alley with 90 degree bend, i had to lift and bounce it round, I think it was worth it.
any info would be nice
thanks Ash

Playtime...
Kids were up at 6, I wasn't far behind. Opened the curtain and greeted by this.
It was a blizzard outside
I had a run up the lane whilst Jake got the snowplough out.
And Finn wanted a tow on his sledge
It's raining now and the garden looks a little worse for wear
Video to follow

bought is about a year ago
it had been stood for over 3 years after its working farm life. I thought it was far too cool to leave to rot. So after some haggling we agreed a price (farmer did not want to sell)
Basically everything needs doing and its very much a work in progress. the cab is rotten as a judge
but its looking a lot better now
