The seat pan is not quite finished yet, but for now I will leave these couple of photos here

im not to sure about the "carB"     either ian,bit to chrunchy    would mush prefer the "carP"

Right, I'd better get this update posted while I'm still awake enough.. It's been a day of lot's of visitors !!

The fender pan is just about done, just a little tidying around the new mounting hole thingy to do.

The hood has had an extra repair patch where I found a few more rust holes..

I was going to patch up 3 rust holes on the top of the hood, but I was able to get away with filling the holes with weld,,  Kinda blend in don't they

A bit closer with the flash turned off you can see they still need a little grinding down.

Despite the (what felt like) constant stream of people in and out the shack today I did manage to make a start on the seat pan repairs..

A cardboard template..

And some galvanized steel to make the repairs from... A bit thank you to Pete for grabbing this and other bit's of steel before they went into a skip 

The first attempt didn't go to well and the angles were way off!!

Like any good engineer I blamed the cardboard template, and made another template from masking tape

This time the repair patch fit's a lot better, it just needs a little trim and shaping to get it spot on..

It sounds good to me guys

Yep Chris, free camping, though the flush is broken on the outside toilet again so you will have to bring your own bucket of water to flush it with

The guided tour is free Paul, but the gift shop isn't cheap

Who needs pots of plants on the patio when you can have Wheel Horses instead

I see what you mean Nigel, it is very narrow!!   Not a machine for taking corners to fast on

The "tin shack" roof is a nice touch

I bet that was a fun drive for Karl, I know how scary the Holder is to drive at 10mph!!

That's a great find Chris, a nice price too....    I have a feeling that the cutting deck and mule drive have been through my hands... Can't be 100% sure... What's the previous owner story about it?
