32 was the greatest number of thorns that I pulled out of a customer’s tyre a few years ago when he complained that the tyre sealant wasn’t working ! I laid them out in a line on a piece of card with a strip of clear tape over them  and presented it to him with the bill.

Safety issue . Never inflate a tyre on the flat , especially with your face immediately above it. Stand the wheel on edge at “ right angles” in front of you . That way if the tire blows off the rim it goes left or right  and not back at you.

So Correct Angus! Had a rear tyre blow, twin wheel on 7.5 ton Ford Cargo some years ago, it was the inner wheel, it exploded and impregnated the inside of the outer wheels tyre with thousands of small pieces of wire!! Two tyres needed, only went in with a flat tyre!! Ouch!!

Excellent, I did 'search' the topic..but never seems to work for me, so thanks yes.. I did think about brakes..a bit more food for thought, THANKS!

I may make something that bolts off the axle too, it's all about the front end weight of the snowblower..but yes, thanks again.. I like a plan!

I'm sure it will do some good if the ground's a bit damp!!
