HeadExam 1,783 #4 Posted August 7, 2015 Thanks Andrew, this one is like my other D160, single cylinder 16 hp kohler. I'll be looking for a deck and cart for this one and the one with the 3 point will get the Brinly 3 point box blade and front plow 1 Triumph66 reacted to this

HeadExam 1,783 #6 Posted August 7, 2015 I was 17 years old when this tractor was built (1975) and had just graduated High School and enlisted in the Army as a Infantryman
Ian 2,417 #7 Posted August 8, 2015 A very nice machine Alain, a "D" is on my "must own one day" list for sure.. The engine does look a little small under the hood, but I know from the 16hp fitted in my GT-14 that it has plenty of power 1 HeadExam reacted to this
HeadExam 1,783 #8 Posted August 8, 2015 Ian, I believe the 14 and 16 hp kohler were as strong and reliable as any engine. Everything in my collection is a 14, 15, and 16 hp single cylinder engine. The D160 with the kohler 16 was only made in 1974 and 1975. From my understanding very few of these were built, most people wanting the new twin engines.
