			Hi All
I didn't get round to putting the engine on its new trolley over the weekend but managed to get the gib keys out and remove the flywheels. That took most of Saturday, problem is it gets dark quick now or is it that it gets later earlier.
Here is some pics.

			Hi
I have been drilling 30mm holes through 25mm thick plate at work today and we use a heavy duty arbour in a pillar drill . The bits are held in with two grub screws and they have teeth like a hole saw but are fluted, in the centre of this there is a pin which picks up on a centre dot and at the other end in the arbour is a spring loaded ball bearing so when the bit goes through this activates the spring to push the wasted drilled bit off. They are made by rotobore and are, and we use a lot in magnetic drills for drilling rafters and such on buildings in sitchu

I have two snow ploughs. One for the merry tiller and the other for the allen scythe, neither has been used in anger yet after about three winters of having them. It seems to flood more down here than snow.

Hope your mrs does'nt want it back nigel , it stinks of diesel, no hole in it though so will have to see if your wifes left some money in it.
Still judging be the other witty comments the smell could be a dead cat. Joke on the side it does have a badge on it but cant remember what it says, I will look. The cap on it is stamped B P (British Petroleum I suppose). I have just made the trolley for the engine today as the one on it was completely rotted so hopefully I can put it on and move it about this weekend.

Hi All This is the last engine in the mentioned barn, a Lister CS 6/1.
I thought the engine was seized but when drained about 3 litres of water out it turned over as you can see the bore dosent look to bad. Just got to free most the moving parts up now.

			Hi
In answer to your question Norm, that's the way they came off the pole when they were trailed and I have checked and been told they can be used either way. Here is some more the same way.

			Hi All,
Thought I would just show you these that I have made in the last week.
I had some harrows that were just towed which is a pain as I would have to put them on a trailer all the time so I thought I would make life easier by putting them in a frame.
The frame is 40x40 box and I also made some legs so it isn't always on the ground. The chain in the middle to stop them sagging is the original towing chain. The size is 2 meters square. When I looked on the auction site they were going for £ 250- £500 mine cost me about £50 plus my time. I only had to pay for the box and the shackles everything else has been kicking about here and the harrows were in a hedge surplus to requirements.

			Thanks all.
I would rather see these and other items back to their former glory rather than rotting in a corner or the fate of the scrapyard especially when they are our heritige. You know when Britain made things.

Picked this up today from yes you've guessed it. That same old barn.

Nice truck, a friend of mine has one which was ex army, which was also four wheel drive and much higher up, suppose the height was because of the axles. He actually got it third hand as after military service it went to a turfing company because of the four wheel drive capability. Now the bed has been shortened and is taken up fully by a hiab crane as he is a steel erector. She smokes a bit but is still used regular.

Had a look in my books on the presidents and the picture you have put up is a earlier version than mine. You can tell by the mudguards. I expect Titch will be around somewhen to second this. Also BMB made the two wheeled hoemate and cultmate
