Well all back at home now After a smashing weekend, we had a gigantic turnout of exhibits of over  263 exhibits to mark the 25th anniversary of the VHGMC !!! Great to see new exhibitors , some new to tractorfest and some first time exhibitors, and of course our regular exhibitors  from as far as Belgium, Cumbria, stoke on Trent Norfolk, and devon all adding to the count . 38 entries to the arena with a children's special. I would like to thank all exhibitors who attended as this would be impossible to acheive with out your efforts. I would like to give an extra thanks to Phil Murrell who managed to bring 85  Exhibits from his collection. A  special thanks to Ethan Castle for setting up the howard theme that had a quite impressive line up. Tomorrow is the start of planning towards next year event which will feature dashwood/landmaster for th 17th and 18th of August 2019.
Once again many thanks to all for your support in making biddenden tractorfest the great show that it is, hope to see you all next year

Been having a little look about and found a few pictures of what’s left on there and the bonnet I have don’t seem to have been cut all the rolled over part and shape looks original. I may be very wrong though ? I’m going to hop out to the car and grab the replacement in a mo and see if it unscrews at the muffler . The jump pack is charging and I’m hoping to see if I get any life out of it tonight 😊

I’ve just put Carlisle super lugs on the rear of the horse and Duro on the front . I expect it will set me back a little but will be worth it 👍

Bit more done as I’ve just got a load of parts back from the blasters/powder coaters. Also the rear tyres turned up Carlisle 23x10.50-12 .

It was great meeting you this weekend it was nice to see the 1050 running. Also thank you very much for helping me get one step closer to getting the 850 going with the addition of the new exhaust.

Today I collected a 1966 Bolens 850 after a 20yr rest . The engine is free body and frame are not in bad shape but the square tyres will all need to be replaced . It’s certainly very different to my wheel horse I’m looking forward to putting life back into it .
