Didn't have time to really set up the display so they ended up scattered on the trailer. There was still a couple left in the van.

Next Saturday is a smaller get together up in Maine so figured I'd bring up some of the stuff that doesn't go to the big shows. They haven't seen the light of day in a LONG time so it'll be nice for people to see them. They're too small and expensive to leave unattended at the big shows although I have never heard of any stealing of anything at any of them.
Just a small sample and will probably bring about 20-25 tools or so depending on available time to get them out. Pictures of the entire display all together next week

    NOS PC3 Fogger
    LA Fire Dept's Fan
    Bridge's Drill from UK
    Grass trimmer from UK
    Petro Drill
    Lapadary saw
    NOS green Amp Champ
    Orline Cut Off saw

Here is what I got this weekend at a show. All NOS parts. Still not sure what some of them are for. A friend got them at a show for me and I picked them up this week.

They were actually made by the K & P Manufacturing Company, everything else is just a re-brand, aka badge-engineering.

Found some photos on eBay.  Looks like maybe a one-off version of the Aquabug made by Italian scooter/moped and bicycle company, Doniselli.

This weekend has been the Hethersgill Vintage Clubs annual rally. Because of covid we have not been able to run it for three years. So it's been like a fresh start.
Friday I took my farmer mates caravan through to the site, while he followed with cattle trailer with signage, table, chairs and my Sears/Roper GT16. We then erected the auction tent. I later returned home to load my car with stuff I was taking for the auction a long with a small 3X4ft trailer.
Saturday was mainly spent booking in early arrivals and things for the auction, plus setting up the car display area. After a whisky laced coffee in the caravan and retired to bed in the back of the car. Number 3 grandson bedded down in his car along side. His first time away with me and at the rally. He did very well helping out here and there.
Up early Sunday and soon was time to start booking in the car entries. Three of us were doing this but I kept getting dragged away to sort out some other peoples problems. Ten o'clock and the gate opened for the public.
The show finished around 4pm and it was time to start packing stuff away and helping load things that people had bought at the auction. I got a nice little trailer. Quite pleased with it. Also a cast iron Bamfords seat of some farm equipment. That will turn into a garden seat similar to one we already have. I hadn't given any thought as to how I was getting the trailer home. But Lewis phoned his eldest brother and he came and collect it along with the Sears and delivered it to my place. Eventually I arrived home about 8pm. had a bite to eat then unloaded the car. Well and truly tired. Bed by 10am and didn't wake till 6pm.
Today back to the site and helped finish clearing up. Took the newly purchased trailer and brought a couple of tractor tyres my mate had bought.
So below are some photo's for your perusal.

Hi guys, I am a new one in this forum.

I was looking for info on this engine, and stumbled upon this topic on myoldmachine!

    I think this is a 22cc P7 engine.
I even have the box of this machine still, and because of this I know it was the engine drill.
My late father bought this engine at a dump store and took a lot of stuff off it. Everything het took off isn't here anymore...
His intention was, that this 22 cc would be used for a big RC model aeroplane. In hose days there were no model engines of this size available.
He made an adapter to fit a glow plug in the cylinder head, thats maybe why there is no ignition on it.
Unfortunately, between the 60's and today, a lot has happened to the storage of the engine.
The carburettor and ignition have been lost over the years.
Everything I do have, and that is what you see on the pics, is in pretty good shape.
I'm a model airplane builder myself and it seems fantastic to me to get this P7 working for a big scale model.
The quality of the heavy crankshaft with counterweight (read; very good flywheel effect) and the construction of the crankcase, cylinder head etc, is in my opinion great!
I see in this topic several pictures where I see the carburettor on it which was originally on it.
Are there any people that can help me finding such a carb, and possibly the parts that are needed to make the ignition complete?
Maybe it would be better if I put a CDI ignition on it for reliability, but that of course would detract from the originality...

Thank you very much for your efforts in responding!

Apologies for the rather long delay, the 09-843S-9 impeller impeller does fit, also easy to remove when you need to store the pump.
The paper gasket in the SPX impeller kit is no use, as the holes don't line up, you would need to make a new one if needed.

I seem to recall someone asked for measurements of the pump body too, this one measures at 1.76" internal diameter and the shaft is approx 0.307" in diameter. The new impeller should be 1.78" diameter & 0.31" shaft diameter according to the spec in post #24 .

JUST O&R reacted to pmackellow in Ohlsson Rice NIAE test report
This arrived today, a test report by the National Institute of Agricultural Engineering (NIAE) in the UK on a model J compact engine.
An interesting read, nearly 3 hours into a 24 hour running test the gearbox siezed due to a broken tooth and parts from another engine were used to repair it.
A further 16 hours later and the unit was stopped for excessive clutch slip.
The NIAE concluded that this unit is "not suitable for general farming use", so not exactly a thumbs up then !

I have a Model 300 Tiny Tiger that was brand new in a box and has never run. It was my grandfather’s, and I wanted to see it run. I tried to start it 20 years ago with no luck. I found this site, and with all the tutorials and helpful information, I fixed the broken recoil pull start, replaced the fuel lines, disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the carb. I for the carb to pull gas and it started and ran like a champ! Thanks to all the helpful info posted to this site!

JUST O&R reacted to SoCalFD in O&R Powered Halicki Skate Board 1960's (aka Toby Cart)
Hey guys. I’ve been going through some of my Dad’s old stuff and came across this Toby Cart board. Obviously it has seen better days!  It has been exposed to the elements here in California for a good 20 years.

My father has owned it since the 60’s, it was complete and functional into the 80’s, but burglars stole the motor.

As you can see, the aluminum parts are there. Everything is original. The front trucks are frozen, one side handle is missing. The throttle plate on the nose is there. The board is split, but can be used as a pattern to make a new board. The throttle rod is not pictured, but I do have it. It’s rusty, and appears to be cut when the clowns stole the motor unit.

Does someone need spare parts?  My dad told me these are rare. My web search led me here, so I thought I’d give it a shot.

Finished the Chug-a-Drill (at least until I find a loop handle or have one made). Took some serious cleaning but well worth it.  It’s definitely an awkward tool to sit down without the loop handle. Resting in on either side makes contact with the exhaust, tank, air cleaner or coil.

Measurements from two diaphragm arm springs.

    Length (L) = 0.571", 0.575"
    Width (W) = 0.243", 0.247"
    Gap (A) = 0.130", 0.132"
    Section (B) = 0.053", 0.057", 0.058"
    Section (C) = 0.096", 0.098"
    Thickness = 0.003"
Bend at end of spring (top of picture) = approx 0.040" to 0.050" from end, use round nose pliers for this.

I will go to the warehouse on Wednesday to see what I can find . This will be a pleasure to help get this going. I will grab a set of flywheel dog as David suggested and a
new carburetor diaphragm too I,m sure you will need one.  I hope this will get you what you need.  ( p.s. would like all of them in working order)
Take a good look and see if there is any thing else you may need.
