  1. Looking for a Bolens 1254 sales Brochure and owners' manual. Also looking for an appropriate mower deck that would fit this tractor. tHanks Andrew.

Great to see a working example. I love the rat look myself. Hope to get a Bolens and a Work Horse for company.
  11. Love the patina of that Bolens; not too dissimilar to the one I am interested in. Andrew Are most of them petrol? There's one with a diesel one on the bay at the moment. Is the 1254 diesel or petrol? Cheers
  12. Thanks chaps. The one I am interested in is a Bolens Husky 1254 model. I think it's a 1971 model. What do you know about these? Cheers
  13. Evening all, just a question about Bolens Husky tractors. How good are these and how easy is it to get parts from the UK? Are they in the same stable as the Work Horse? Just curious. does anyone here have one? Andrew
  14. Here's my trusty old Morris van used for work every now and then. I did have a pickup until recently but sold it to buy a Toyota HIlux.
  15. From the album: Triumph66's Morris Minor Van

My 1968 Morris Minor Van, ex GPO used regularly in my gardening business. Hope to upload a photo of my Work Horse once I bought it!
  16. From the album: Triumph66's Morris Minor Van

  18. Great, I will make the effort to go on the Saturday. Will there be many Wheel Horses and Bolens on show? I will be a visitor though. Andrew
  19. When is this event taking place as I will be in Sussex (Robertsbridge) in mid August (15/8 to 24/8) for my holiday. It would be good to introduce myself and more importantly have a look at what there is. Cheers Andrew
  20. I looked at the photos! What a great line up. Whetted my appetite to go to a meet next season, especially if I get my own Work Horse. Might even drive it from Devon......
  21. Thanks. Meeting at Ardingly would suit me fine as I have family in Sussex.
  22. Mark, That sounds like a plan. Just out of interest, how many attend these get togethers? Andrew
  23. I have PM the SHowman. Thanks Andrew
  24. I have heard of this fellow before and I await humbly for home to contact me.
  25. I have used many Little Wonder Hedge Cutters during my time as a National Trust gardener and can vouch for the quality of this. They were light weight and wasn't too noisy to use either. In my ignorance I thought they were aBritish product as the label said Tavistock, Devon but they are American.
