Well i was approached by this American Geezer blokey chappy dude from new yoik, about what to do with a not used much forum & there was a wonderful opportunity to create an international forum for people to display & chat with like minded others .so from there MOM was born.
Members have grown steadily over the last few months from allover Europe & USA and more members join each week to show their wonderful machines .
We value each & everyone of our members and we are continuely striving to add more& more features to the site to improve the experience here on the forum, so forgive me if i use this as a moment to plug for members to consider becoming supporters of Mom by visiting our store
So whether you are a member or a supporter ,thank you for regularly visiting us & sharing your thoughts & experiances ,as mom wouldnt work without your input.
By the way , i hope to be meeting that blokey chap US dude from New Yoik in a few weeks time so will thank him in person for
helping us set up Mom
-
welcome to mom, great looking machine ,
I like to see both newly painted & in original working clothes but preferential choice would be in original condition ,purely in that there is no other one like it & providing she is in a fair condition ,i would say more interesting and desirable.

While at the Ardigley show last year my GT14 died on the way into the parade ring & I had to get towed round the ring then back to the exhibit area.
Thinking it was something serious ,I didn't want to delve into the tractor until I got her home. At the end of a gloriously hot weekend & a great show she was pushed back onto the trailer & headed back to Somerset.
After being unloaded at home I didn't have the heart to see what the problem was as I feared it was going to heartbreaking news . She has sat quietly ow for nearly ten months waiting for me to build up the courage to see what the problem was., I pushed her out onto the lawn & charged the battery for an hour then armed with spinners I decided to go for it.
Right, I will just start by trying to turn her over to get any idea of what might be the issue.
Turned key, vroooooooom , she stated first time ,,,that's odd... I started to look her over then looked down by the fuel tank & noticed that the fuel tap had wound himself shut by vibration.
As you can imagine I was delighted that it was nothing serious , so instead of spending hours trying to sort out a problem I spent the time getting reacquainted an gave her some TLC.
So now I know to get into the habit of turning fuel tap on & off after each use.
Here a a few pics after the TLC

I think A meet and greet wiould be great, ,
when would you be thinking of doing it?
-
Should be able to build a rack inside to put one tractor on top of each other or even build a small living quarters .
-
whatta beauty, all good things come to those that wait .I know you have been looking for some time now chris , im delighted that you got a goodun.& its red ,even better
-
Nice lawn stripes Ian , & its good to see the GT14 +2 doing some collar
-
Im sure that something could be organised , what be great to have a meet & greet .
Are you thinking of having public attend your show as this may prove to be a bit of a minefield , insurances ,facilities etc
The land looks great for a meet & greet amongst fellow machine owners though
-
Welcome to Mom Growbag , you are amongst friends from all over the country
