That's a very nice machine, digging the red and yellow paintwork.
-
Have you posted this on any car forums Gareth? Seeing your photo's is ringing a vague bell somewhere... Or maybe it's just the strange sounds in my head
-
Thanks Karl, yes you might say the 6x6 got a bit of attention over the weekend.. I even had a chap who used to work for Toro ask me what the chassis number was
-
Introducing the new "Hover Horse"
-
I hope the chainsaw in the first picture is not what you used to dismantle it
All your hard work has paid off Nigel, she looks beautiful now..
P.s..
Any chance of a drive on the Holder when Pete and I head over next week?
-
A very nice machine Gareth, I've always loved the shape of these.. Plenty of interesting engine mods/swaps for them as well.
-
Welcome aboard Paul, great to have you as part of the team mate
-
Welcome to the MOM team Mark, great to have you aboard
-
I didn't think it would take you long to post up a Colwood or two Steve
Please keep posting your wonderful collection of machines.
-
I dread to think how big the matching cutting deck would be
-
I bet the moles start running when they see/feel that coming in their direction
It's good to see some unusual machines posted. Thanks Steve.

That's a nice looking machine Steve, me likes

Ok, I may be cheating a little bit here as I bought the gas bottle wood burner already made..
But when I arrived we had to do a lot of work on it to make it usable..
As it arrived..
The legs came off with only a light tug!! As modled by Garry.
New stronger legs were made from "hidden toilet cistern" legs.
A new chimney was made from part of a metal lamp shade..
A length of flu pipe..
A bit of "boy racer" style car exhaust.
And half a Wheel Horse front wheel..
Weld all those bits together and you end up with something looking like this.
The badly fitting door was replaced with an "Uncle Bens" wok which came free with a packet of rice
A cowl for the chimney was made for yet another wok. seen here smoking on a white winters day.
Pete lighting the gas bottle wood burner for the first time..
And of course the first kettle to be boiled on it.. Yes the door normally stay's closed to stop the shack filling up with smoke..
You might say I like to recycle stuff
-
Your welcome Mate, and yes the food at the show was very nice..
If anyone else has any photo's to add then please feel free..
I thought I had loads of them until I remembered I video'd more than I snapped..
I guess I should post the video here... Kinda pictures but moving

A few photo's from last years event..
Sorry Kev and Paul, I couldn't resist putting this one up
-
Hi Kev, I will be attending Tractorfest again. Despite last years rather damp weather it was a great weekend.
Roll on this years show
-
Don't paint it Neil, it has a great rustic look as it is.
-
I hope he brought you a couple of pint back with him Nigel
-
That's a nice little collection of little tractors Nigel.
It's also nice to see a machine that's not red in the ride on's area
-
This made me laugh
That's an amazing restoration Kevin, thanks for posting it up
-
Couldn't agree more, it would be great to see you all
-
For just initial ideas they are fantastic Titch.
As for the "skin". If you scroll right to the base of the page you will see a change theme button. You can change how your page looks from there..

I like A..... "An internationally admired forum"

Good to see you rebuilding your shed at last Mark, I bet you have been missing the extra space..
Do I see project bendy has moved in already?
-
I think you should paint the trailer up to look like a very small burger van/trailer.. It kind of has that look already (if you sqwint a bit) but it would really confuse people if the saw it
