i didn't realise that there where so complicated to drive paul

chitty chitty bang bang has nothing on these

i bought this pile of junk  and believe it or not there was half a trojan amongst it

the bonnet was full of holes engine was knackerd lots of bits missing

made a back bit to hold the seat unit and repaired the bonnet by glassing a frame made out of old tent poles and glassing a tank to it

stuffed a honda engine in and fitted an albion 3 speed box then i made a chain gaurd out of a briggs engine cowling

i here they have called the Dutch boys over to sort this mess out and they are bringing some of there big pumps with them .I have toured Holland a lot over the years on my bikes and trikes and always been impressed of how they keep the water in control with there pumps and dykes ime sure they will sort this out asp and hopefully our goverment learn some thing

that looks like a nice project there matt i have not seen one of them over here, it looks a very strong and well built machine i will look forward to see what you do with it over the next few months

its an annagram paul!

i built this out of my scrap pile over christmass parts included, mayfield merlin bonnet+dash/ electrac front+rear axles/ wheelhorse rear wheels/old fergi seat+steering wheel/mudgaurds 40gal oil drum

on worries, glad to be of assistance. Hope your conversion goes well some folk aren't keen on that sort of thing but im up for it and will be chopping up a trusty plough to fit on to my garden tractor pictures and postings to follow once i've worked out how to lol. hope that chopping up a trusty plough does not offend any one on here as those on the dark side were most offended lol 

i chop things up all the time and recycle them a lot of things dont have a use these days but once converted they can have another 50 years working life,ie take a horse drawn plough cut her up add a bit here and there and it fits your tractor, farmers and smallholders have been doing it for years

yep they are still down there, they buried them and all the equipment that you see in the photos these photos are from the 1950s-1970ish

 my boy karl is chief engineer down these mines now i thought i would put these picts on of what it was like back in the early 1950-70s there is some intresting equipment take a look at some of the tractors converted so you sit low and dont bang your head,

The more I see of your imaginative work the more ideas I get for future projects if only I had the time and space. 

Keep posting them - its like visiting a world where anything is possible.
