  5. I bet the old folks with their trolleys love you roaring in and out of them the bloke in photo 5 didn't have his hearing aid turned on
  6. The more I look at this tractor the more I like it, its just so lovely with its faded paintwork, looks a proper workhorse. ive booked it into a couple of rallys as I think it makes a good exhibit in its working clothes.
  7. just seen your photo, looks really nice. I don't think the c series ones fit , yours stay on the ground and you don't have a lift handle
  8. will a "C" series fit, I cant remember
  9. I think there's been 4 or 5 in the dinning room, plus my Harley, but she moans about the smell and noise if I don't open the door.

  13. Dont know really, the tank was dry and the battery was flat, I changed the plug and charged the battery and renewed the + battery lead, skirted some fuel in the carb and she fired up. kept her running on the extra fuel until she pumped it up then she was ok
  14. I thought about giving the deck a good mopping with some G7 to give it that aged look
  15. that must be the one that was on the bay this morning, I see its been taken off
  16. When I started playing with the Wheelhorse's. it was just a light hearted hobby to give me something to do in my spare time. After making my garage three times the size and bursting at the seams I was given permission to park the odd one in the drive as long as I didn't park on the patio, well she still got the grass to sit on
  17. Must be loosing my touch, took me just over an hour this morning to get her running, had a drive round the garden and tried out all the gears and cutter deck. I was a bit disappointed to find only one headlight works , or was the ole girl winking at me
  18. All the chap said that he bought the house 5 or 6 years ago and the Wheelhorse was in the barn, he's used ever since but each year he has to spend money on it and decided to let her spend the rest of her life driving round rally fields with lots of other Horse's
  19. Iam tempted to get it running and give it the oily rag treatment and keep it
  20. hope the puddle drys up before the show Kev.
  21. No luck in it boys, it was on Red-square for everyone to see
  22. Yeh, with one of those hughmongest great keys on the back
  23. Had a phone call from a fellow member that there was a free Wheelhorse to a good home on Red-Square local to me. After a quick response I managed to speak to the owner, he didn't know what model it was only that the engine was up front. with the help of Mr Mackellow and his trailer we went to collect it. I was thrilled to bits to find a 1974 Raider 12, 8 speed with almost a new deck . Had a quick look after tea and it spins over, so a drop of fuel tomorrow and it should fire up,
