  3. Thanks for your comments guys, I find some of the brochures etc very interesting because not only do they help date a machine but sometimes show implements and accessories that aren't that common, so worth adding to your collection...

  5. If you can find them, the annual price book issued by the Country Gentlemans Association of Letchworth, Herts, are always worth a read. There's loads of horticultural machinery and items no Country Gent of the post war period could do without, some of the adverts have been copied for display purposes with some of my machines. I have annuals from 1952, 1964, 1965, 1966 and 1968, today a 1958 edition arrived courtesy of a seller on that well known auction website... Has anyone else got any of these annuals ??

Twyford Waterworks as the name would suggest is a preserved waterworks in Hampshire They hold a few open days during the year and August 3rd is one we shall be attending with some vintage machinery Hopefully Steve d will also be attending with some of his ever growing collection of machines, the Jobber collection will be going as they were made in Winchester, so will be returning to their home county once more Photos on here after the event
