Thats horrendous Neil, hope you and your family are ok
-
Hello Gareth, when I bought it the previous owner said it was seized up... I have managed to free it off and its got bags of compression but as yet no spark...
With Tractor World imminent it has been prettied up for the show and then further investigation will take place after the show
Thanks John, as you know we are not trophy hunters but I want to put a good display on , hence the hours thrown at Number 3 to get it at least presentable for Joe Public to look at...
-
Well done, it looks like you were having a good time !!
-
More progress over the weekend...
Multigardner 3 has been painted and fitted to the graveyard mower chassis, and a new addition is this mower... although badged as a Norlett it is identical to the Farmfitters Rapier mower that was also offered as an attachment for the Multigardner...
I have another use for the B&S engine thats on it so nothing is going to waste...

Great set of photos Nigel, I expect all those tractors etc are long gone now aren't they ??
-
At least you have sign posts, I still reckon that in certain parts of Kent nobody has been informed that the war is over !!
-
Hello Jimbo, you made it here then mate !!
-
Would be an interesting book or series of articles wouldn't it ??
Hmmm...
-
What a great lineup of machines, well done !!
-
It was a charity event in Burwash (East Sussex) a couple of years ago
-
Thanks for the advice John, so far I have been lucky as all machines have caps with them
The Briggs caps were ok to replace, I bought a box full from you know where but the Clinton one could be more of a problem... the one on it is ok though
-
Great lineup of machines, a nice collection
-
Poxy weather when is it going to end ???
-
-
Machine testing facility... oh you mean the race track !!
-
Good man, I am sure it will look even better than the one you lost...
-
They are certainly distinctive aren't they, must cost an arm and a leg to run !!
-
Great lineup Gareth, you really are the expert of the orange...
-
I think I am correct in saying that for Nigel the challenge is to get it built, once its built it then finances the next project...
-
Nice machine Nigel, another one left the collection sadly...
-
Thats dreadful Neil, my sympathy is with you all
-
Oh dear Nige you have upset the boss now !!
-
oi! Nigel its my cadet!! (wendy)
-
We had one of those big Holbrooks (and several smaller Myfords) when I was at College way back in the 1980's, wonderful machine...
-
There was also one of these 6/12/24 volt sets available with a small four stroke BSA unit on them, one came up on that auction website but I got outbid on it, will just have to keep looking for one...
