Painting Bolens Wheels, Weights, and Deck

Recommended Posts

Adding the hardener on the last two coats is really nice, sets up dry in less than an hour and can recoat in 30 minutes or less. I’ve got the deck ready to go on the black and white Bolens H16 with the big knobby tires, those tires are coming off and a brand new set of Carlisle 24x9.50-12 multi-trac C/S turf tires will be going on the back and matching front Carlisle front turf tires, these are HIGH dollar turf tires well over 400 for a set for that taller size, I got them at half price on sale. The knobby ITP 589 and front tri-ribs will be going on the Bolens 1556 and on the red wheels along with the wheel weights. So the Bolens 1556 will be my AG tractor and the H16 will be my mower model, Between the two of them I have 10 implements that will go on either. I just finished the H16 deck and 1556 wheels

Thanks to everyone, This is going to take sometime to finish with school, internship, and having to work some to pay bills. I hope to have the tractor painted by next week or so. I don't plan n mowing with this deck, but I have another one I may try out.
