HeadExam 1,783 #8 Posted August 8, 2015 Ian, I believe the 14 and 16 hp kohler were as strong and reliable as any engine. Everything in my collection is a 14, 15, and 16 hp single cylinder engine. The D160 with the kohler 16 was only made in 1974 and 1975. From my understanding very few of these were built, most people wanting the new twin engines.
