I was up at 1am this morning screwing sheets across doorways and mopping up water from the window sills. Our new house seems to leak like a sieve Here's a few from the day Both lanes in the bottom are flooded too, my little Citroen will not get me through to work tomorrow.... Fortunately ours drains away pretty quickly, it's just the path it takes that's not that agreeable All that water is now ice, it was minus four last night.... meadowfield 1,900 #15 Posted December 11, 2015 Darn... Now three weeks into some of the worst rainfall and storms for years. Every day is a challenge to get through the floods. Last weekend the rain made something really special.... Malham cove became, malham fall. For the first time in living memory The floods in the valley bottom never really subsided, and the A65 has been single file through gargrave. Then I get home last night to see a lot of water has come through the walls and flooded my workshop.
