Heathersgill rally Carlisle 2018

  Hi All I was at Heathersgill vintage Rally Carlisle airport on Sunday the 6 May 2018 It was a very hot day and a excellent turn out of Horticutural exhibits, I had my two newest machines , The Henderson Bracken Cutter , And my Honda F600 with the posh tracks and plough.,  David Foster came from Jarrow with a great display of Allen Scythes and attachments, Duncan McRobbie came from Barnard Castle with his  Allen Scythe and Solo motor Scythe , Norman (Stormin ) had 3 Tractors there 2 wheelhorses and a Roper , my Brother was also there with his Auto culto but now fitted with Rotavator instead of plough a great time was had by all who went

A nice line up and looks like a good day too. I like the look of the Motorstandard Gutbrod.

Great day at Hethersgill rally folk were excited about the Henderson Bracken Cutter especially with the remains of the operator,s boots I came away with two rossetes and Rolloman got one

It was a great day and thanks to you lads for coming. Not forgetting Tam Tweedie (Ransomes Plooman) who got me tipsy in the beer tent. It was the best display of horticultural exhibits for a few years.

I have a few photo's of my own to put up, but not had chance yet. Been over to the airport today to help finish clearing up. One day show. Five days work.
