pmackellow 2,738 #1 Posted May 4, 2020 A large box of goodies arrived today from Wallfish in the USA, one and a half Tiny Tiger generators. With the "spare" engine I had with the correct fittings and having a look in the O&R spares stock, I managed to attach generator to engine. I was going to make up a base but as I don't have the correct tank I might leave it on the base its on for now... The second unit needs an exhaust, anyone got a spare one please ? Both units now on display with their buddies, lol 8 factory, nigel, Wallfish and 5 others reacted to this

Going by the weights given in the manual, the engine (3¾lb) & two alternators (6½lb each) would cost somewhere around $120 to ship over, how close am I? It's difficult to estimate the packaging weight. What is the little propeller from, in the fourth picture from the first post? factory 487 #7 Posted May 8, 2020 Nearly right then. Maybe it would go with your water-cooled O&R engine, just need the rest of the boat to go with it. David 2 nigel and pmackellow reacted to this

pmackellow 2,738 #10 Posted June 8, 2020 Decals arrived today to finish them off... 2 factory and CNew reacted to this
factory 487 #11 Posted June 8, 2020 Interesting I hadn't spotted the original decal for the newer generator was a Model 67, that does explain why the base is missing, it would have had the large tank as shown in the manual*, the older ones with the smaller tank are most commonly a Model 300 (a few are Model 350). Also noticed the starter is labelled AEP. David *I really need to photo the generator that manual came with (Model 5001-1). 1 pmackellow reacted to this
