    Winter Project

Looking at the chassis this afternoon and noticed a few differences, The 3/4 rod that holds the pedals is 3 inches short, the idler pulley bracket is at the wrong angle, the small flat plate that rubs on the belt is wrong, the tags that hold the belt cover on are in the wrong place and holes in the wrong place I think I’ve sorted now, I’m not putting the bendy bit on the pedal bar as i think its for the drive belt to the deck and I’ve only got one deck.If you look at the photos you can see what I’ve done.

    O&R with Unknown Make Generator

Just had a quick look at completed listings on ePay.com and found this strange looking O&R generator. The labelling for the generator output looks a bit homemade, as well as having the switch to select between 115V & 12V (instead of having a separate low voltage connector), the generator housing looks nicely made. Homelite C_51

Picked up this 1960s saw last weekend. Will try to get it running when I get some time. Appears to be a very rare saw especially in the UK. Not sure if Alain has one of these in his vast collection

    Winter Project

Been messing around with the front end and would like your comments please. Im not a lover of the 4 inch wheels so want to swop them for 8 inch but I’ve enough stuff to make two trikes, if i fit the 8 inch wheels I’m going to use the original narrow front axle, the trike setup looks a bit high but will be 4 inches lower when fitted. So what do you all think ?.
