  2. You had best empty some of the junk to make some space then
  3. Looks like you have all had a great time up north Guy's and girls, thanks for posting the photos Any chance you could bring me back the Caterpillar R2 from the Yorkshire Farm Museum please?
  4. It would Chris. Mopar I wondered when someone would logically mention Garry's trike.... Yes the engine is staying in the trike, I am wondering if the 5 bolt wolfrace slots will fit a WH though Well guessed James...... Think I might have to stretch the chassis a tad to fit this engine in though Not that this will help you much if at all, but here's the latest and last Project Zero-ish turn video.. Enjoy.
  5. The hood is the normal height Norm, something else is lower. How big an engine James? Well spotted Richard, I will have to measure and see if the deck will still fit. I know which two gents you have been talking to to come up with that answer Paul I like your thinking Koen, but no Now your just getting silly Nigel... Please carry on You got me there Paul, I'm fitting a Honda cbX 6 pot engine..... Ok, maybe not but it could be fun
  6. Glad you can make use of the fender parts Mark, it's nice to get them out the shack It was good catching up with you again Monday, I must remember no cabbage next time And thanks for the big bottle of rum, my arm is still aching from picking it up
  7. That's a nice find Paul, you never know what can be found lurking in hedges
  8. Maybe, or maybe not There is a rather big clue in one of the photos Would I do that Mark?

    Seal question.

The hydro seals are the same size (Eaton 1100 trans), just a lot stronger to keep 700psi in
  10. Screeeeeeeech!!!! No that's not the sound of a car crash outside my house, but the sound of Project zero-ish turn screeching to a halt!!!! Yes you did read that right Do to a mixture of luck and being in the right place at the right time sort of thing this project is about to take a rather large change in direction! At the moment I can't tell you any more than that (Well I could but where would be the fun in that ) So, I will just leave you a couple of photo's for now
  11. Looks like your having a great time Don't forget it's your duty to try and get the locals to talk proper like

  17. It looks just the job for tackling long grass, great camera angle in the first photo
  18. Ahh, just like old times... It reminds me of Ardingly 2012
  19. I can see a head, I'm guessing the rest of Norm is under it
  20. Thanks guy's, yes it does have a 70's look to it The fantastic Wolfrace slot mags will be staying The aim for the trike is to slowly remodel it to make it a lot more comfy and easy to get on and off of for Garry's wife Helen who has MS... Garry won't admit it, but really this is Helen's trike
  21. Garry turned up on this interesting machine yesterday for a bit of work... Well, a small start on a lot of work! As you can see it need a few tweaks in the looks department, but it is a good starting base to build something more pleasing to the eye.. It is solidly built and won't fall apart, but I do have to question quite way some of the chassis was built er... the way it is! Anyway, have a few pics
  22. To make it rust Koen Ok, here's a clue for you You see the rectangle? At some angles the rust really comes alive and changes colour to something much more vivid The rust cleaning continues on parts that are not the hood Some bits were put through the blast cabinet. Other parts such as the fender pan were cleaned the old fashioned way with a wire cup brush on a grinder. Quite a few hidden cracks to be welded up! And that's as far as I got yesterday as Garry turned up on something different that needed a bit of looking at... See my post in the off topic section that will be appearing shortly
