  1. That's exactly how I found it, the hood has been repainted at some point, I'm just going to get some decals and leave as is, I think the wheels should be white but will wait for one of the Bolens boys to tell me the correct colours
  2. I went up to a friends place on Saturday not 20 miles from here to collect a set of rear wheel weights and while i was there i saw the little tractor they came off. It was hiding in a dark container looking all forlorn to be losing part of its rearend so a deal was struck and it was loaded in my van. Its in good condition and will enjoy its new home with the Horses. Heres a few photos for you to look at and i need a new coil if anyone has one.

  6. Thats a great help , I'll have to see what parts are available when i get five minutes and go from there. at least this is a start to work from, i think its had new points but will check with the previous owner

  9. Ive spent some more time looking for numbers on the cowling without luck, the only thing I can come up with is 142301 model and spec 019701 i'm looking for part numbers for coil and condenser
  10. Ive seen a tractor very similar in a friends barn but has a petrol engine

  14. Did'nt take to much notice when I picked it up today, the tractor was all in bits and I just grabbed the housing i'll have a look tomorrow
  15. Picked up a couple of rear wheel weights from a friend, they are about 50 lbs each and should help with traction, just got to clean them up and paint them but very pleased with them
  16. Ive got a briggs engine 6 hp horizontal shaft with no numbers on the cowling unless its under the decal. i think its 1960s ?. is there any other way i can id it ? it will run when cold till it gets hot then stops, i think the coil is breaking down, any help will be much appreciated
  17. Managed to get a few coats of ivory white on them and inflade them. nice to get the paint down in the rim without getting it all over the tyres, just got to get them mounted on the C120 now.
  18. I did think about painting them but they are just going on my ploughing C120 so hardly worth it
  19. Managed to get some primer over the red oxcide, one grey and one white ( thats what i had on the shelf ) heres some photos
